Who are we?

We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market.
Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to support our Design team on site in creating innovative and outstanding products for the eBike industry.

Responsibilities

• As part of the UI/UX team, you support the design team as well as other product development teams
• You will conduct user and product research to identify and understand the customers’ needs
• Iteratively, you develop and guide ideas from the first usability concepts over wireframes, prototypes and UI variants to the release. In this process you will work both independently as well as in coordination with other teams and stakeholders
• You create prototypes to test ergonomics and operating concepts as well as styling ideas during different stages of the development
• You collect and evaluate feedback from testers and relevant stakeholders
• You accompany your projects, continuously striving to enhance its quality with every release
• You supervise and feedback the implementation of your design proposals in collaboration with the developers and product owners
• You participate in further shaping the design language of our brands (Porsche eBike Performance, Fazua, Greyp)

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have a degree in product or UI/UX design and have gained initial professional experience
• You have a portfolio with independent and innovative projects as well as successfully released Apps
• You are motivated and develop ideas and concepts independently
• You can visualize and communicate ideas quickly and clearly
• You are organized and carry out your tasks dutifully
• You have a very good feeling for proportions, colours and typography
• You have a good understanding of ergonomics and user interaction
• You are experienced in dealing with design software such as Figma, Adobe CS, etc
• You have experience designing interfaces with complex product requirements
• You are used to managing and working with design systems
• You enjoy biking
• You speak fluent English
• On-site work from our Zagreb office
