Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as the Senior Controller. As Senior Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing budgetary controls, cost analysis, management reporting, and strategic financial planning to ensure optimal operational efficiency and financial stability. This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support development of robust business plans and forecasts. Prepare forecast review meetings for all functional areas. Prepare regular forecasts variance analysis
Support in preparation of management reports, and presentations for the executive team and other stakeholders
Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness
Monitor and control costs associated with production and procurement activities (such as material costs, labor, overhead, and other operational expenses)
Monitor and analyze sales performance, collaborate with sales teams to optimize revenue generation, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and margin improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Business partner with departments providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance in line with forecasts

Requirements & Qualifications

Has 4+ years of work experience in a similar position (ACCA/CIMA or similar certification would be considered an advantage)
Has personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence
Has analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to pursue creative solutions with systematic approach to problem-solving
Is solution-oriented, result-driven, proactive, and flexible
Has organizational skills, prioritization skills, and the ability to manage operational processes and make decisions, while having an eye for details
Has a strong work ethic; who is self-directed and resourceful, who works independently and is motivated by own drive and enthusiasm, and who has demonstrated ability to work well in a team
Has strong communication skills; who is fluent in English (German is advantage), and who is able to influence and develop strong relationships
