Who are we?

We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market.
Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research, and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Industrial Designer to support our Design team in creating innovative and outstanding products for the eBike industry.

Responsibilities

As part of the industrial design team, you support the design team as well as other product development teams
Iteratively, You develop and guide ideas and concepts from the first sketch to 3D models. In this process you will work both independently as well as in coordination with other teams and stakeholders
You create prototypes to test ergonomics and operating concepts as well as styling ideas during different stages of the development
You collect and evaluate feedback from testers and relevant stakeholders
You accompany your projects up to the series production and develop detailed solutions and design adjustments
You participate in further shaping the design language of our brands (Porsche eBike Performance, Fazua)

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in product, industrial, or transportation design, coupled with at least 5 years of professional experience
Possess a strong portfolio featuring independent, innovative projects and successfully realized products
Demonstrate a motivated and autonomous work ethic
Have an excellent sense for form and proportion
A solid understanding of ergonomics and user interaction
Knowledgeable about production processes and materials
Skilled in using 3D programs such as Rhino, Alias, or Blender, as well as the Adobe Suite
Able to quickly and clearly visualize and communicate ideas
Tasks are completed in an organized and meticulous manner
Experienced in designing products with complex requirements
Passionate about biking
Proficient in English
