Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Accountant. In this role, you will contribute to our accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with relevant rules and regulations. This role requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles, tax rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Verify, document, allocate, post and reconcile business transactions (AP, bank statements, travel expenses…)
Maintain assets registry and ensure reconciliation with general ledger
Support asset and inventory count exercises
Support monthly and annual closing activities
Support preparation of Tax filings (VAT, Intrastat, CPT)
Ensure compliance with business directives and local rules and regulations
Prepare and execute payment runs
Reconcile balances with suppliers and customers
Support new accounting system/ tools implementation
Support annual financial audit process
Perform other accounting duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma in economics, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent education
Proven experience in an accounting role of at least 3 years
Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluency in English (verbal & written), German is a plus
