Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

We are implementing a multi-cloud strategy with AWS and Azure to serve hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. To strengthen our security posture, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager (Cloud Security Specialist) to ensure our cloud environment remains secure, compliant, and resilient against threats.

As Cybersecurity Manager, you will be the key authority on cybersecurity, shaping security policies, mitigating risks, and driving cloud security initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards.
Work closely with cloud architects and administrators to integrate security throughout the entire cloud infrastructure lifecycle.
Conduct security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
Perform risk assessment and management.
Provide security awareness training and mentorship.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001,GDPR, TISAX, Cyber Resilience Act).
Communicate and align security requirements across teams.
Automate security processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security, ideally in a multi-cloud environment.
Proven experience in an IT security leadership role, preferably in an international or technologically advanced environment.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure security and client applications.
Experience with SIEM, threat detection, and incident response tools.
Knowledge of embedded systems is a plus.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and influence organizational security initiatives.
Professional fluency in English; German is a plus.
