Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

For our Applicative Software Team, we are looking for Mid/Senior QA Engineer with strong background in quality assurance, and a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

Test our mobile and backend systems to ensure smooth operation across the entire product ecosystem
Create, maintain, and organise test cases and testing documentation
Review features and requirements with a critical mindset to catch potential issues early
Work closely with developers to ensure consistent testing and release processes
Investigate and report product issues, propose improvements, and follow up on fixes
Identify testing process improvements and suggest practical solutions
Prepare and present test results and quality metrics to the team

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
Hands-on experience testing mobile apps, cloud services, and IoT devices, ideally with BLE communication
Solid understanding of manual and exploratory testing practices
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience using JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools
Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
Full professional proficiency in English

Bonus points

Experience writing automated tests (e.g., using Selenium or Python-based frameworks)
Familiarity with IoT products and BLE connectivity testing
Passion for software quality beyond functional testing - thinking about performance, reliability, and user experience
Clear and precise communication, both in documentation and collaboration
Mentoring experience or interest in supporting junior team members
