Who are we?

We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market. 
Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

For our Quality department, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with several years of working experience in quality management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards
• Being the interface between internal departments production, procurement, R&D, logistics in terms of quality aspects.
• Monitoring the production processes, carry out regular checks and audits to ensure that all processes meet quality standards
• Setting up the quality processes for new projects in the context of internal production and release production processes
• Analyze and correct errors by identifying quality deviations and initiating corrective measures
• Supporting the upkeeping of the quality management system
• Responsible for the implementation and training of new processes and methods

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or have a comparable qualification, e.g. completed vocational training with additional qualification or professional experience in the QM environment
• Qualification for VDA6.3 auditor
• Experience in industrialization of demanding production processes
• Having knowledge of quality management methods and systems
• A confident manner towards internal and external process partners
• Business fluent in English
