Who are we?

We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market. 
Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that products and processes within the Operations department meet the highest quality standards
• Monitoring production processes and conducting regular inspections and audits to confirm compliance with quality requirements
• Analyzing and resolving issues by identifying quality deviations and initiating corrective actions
• Developing quality policies and standards aligned with company, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Documenting all quality-related processes and results
• Collaborating with various departments to define and achieve quality objectives
• Training employees on quality-related topics
• Supporting the production line ramp-up from the earliest stages from a Quality perspective

Requirements & Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in quality or supplier management
• Advantageous knowledge across material fields such as mechanical processing and stamped parts, injection molding and seals, electronic assemblies, and cable connections
• Solid expertise in QM core tools (8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP/PPF)
• Experience in procurement projects following APQP or the maturity level approach based on VDA
• Fluency in German and English
• Professional demeanor, strong commitment, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset combined with assertiveness and effective conflict-resolution abilities
