Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a digital service domain (e.g., navigation, anti‑theft, service & maintenance, safety & security, integrations), with flexibility to shift domains as the portfolio evolves.
• Lead cross‑functional teams - UX/UI, engineering, architecture - to deliver intuitive, high‑quality digital features across app and cloud products.
• Conduct continuous market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Translate product vision into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to evaluate performance and drive iterative improvements.
• Shape new business opportunities including subscriptions, partner integrations, and data‑enabled services.
• Ensure a cohesive, premium customer experience aligned with Porsche’s brand standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product ownership or product management for digital consumer products or connected services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Proven track record of launching and operating digital features or services end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
• Passion for eMobility and digital innovation in mobility.

• Experience with subscription models, partner integrations, or data‑driven digital services.
• Personal interest in cycling or eBikes - understanding the rider mindset is a plus.
