Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.

Who are we looking for?

For HMI&VCU Team, we are looking for an Embedded Hardware Engineer with a strong background in electronic design and embedded systems development.

Responsibilities

  • Design electronic schematics and PCB assemblies across all product development stages, from prototyping to mass production
  • Develop electronic sub-circuits based on simulations, datasheet specifications, and laboratory testing
  • Select key components and create schematics and PCB designs for various system elements (analog front-end, sensor inputs, power supplies, digital I/O, communication interfaces, etc.)
  • Develop embedded hardware, includingcomponentselection, compatibility checks, multilayer PCB design, EMC considerations, and debugging
  • Coordinate with external suppliers andcomponentvendors
  • Create andmaintaintesting documentation for sub-circuits and complete devices
  • Support senior engineers in product design activities (acceptance criteria, block diagrams, test plans, timelines)
  • Collaborate with R&D teams (Embedded Software, Mechanical Engineering) and cross-functional departments (production, procurement, quality, etc.)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in embedded systems development
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes)
  • Experience with Cortex-M microcontrollers and electronic peripherals
  • Experience with SPICE simulation tools
  • Experience with Altium Designer
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
