Who are we?
Who are we looking for?
For our Applicative Software Team, we are looking for Senior QA Engineer with strong background in quality assurance, and a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of the Applicative Software team, focusing on the quality of the whole system - not just individual features.
- Test mobile apps and backend services not just in isolation, but also as a part of a connected system
- Define and maintain test cases, but also question whether they make sense
- Work with developers early to catch issues before they turn into bugs in production
- Reproduce and investigate issues that span mobile, backend and bike
- Validate real-world scenarios (connectivity drops, BLE quirks, sync issues)
- Help us improve how we test and release software, not just execute what already exists
- Report findings clearly so they lead to decisions, not just tickets
- Understand which tests need to be automated and extend the current automation setup
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years in QA or software testing
- Experience testing mobile apps and backend systems (IoT is a plus, not a must)
- Solid understanding of manual and exploratory testing
- You’re comfortable digging into problems, not just reporting them
- Being familiar with at least one programming language, preferably Python
- You communicate clearly and don’t need hand-holding
- English at a professional level
Bonus points
- Experience with test automation tools (we don’t care which tools, but you should have an opinion)
- Some exposure to BLE or device connectivity
- Interest in how systems behave outside of ideal conditions
